Julia was a champion “couch potato” until she discovered, much to her surprise, that her body loves doing yoga. Thanks to her background in nursing, home care and health services research, nurturing and teaching others comes naturally to Julia. Her mission is to offer students the tools they need to live fuller, more engaged lives.
